Workspace plans define feature access and hard limits (markets, lot caps, open trades, and daily trades). Limits are enforced server-side.

Subscriptions renew according to your billing settings unless canceled before renewal. Taxes and local duties may apply where required.

Trial environments are intended for setup and validation. Live trading should only be enabled after successful demo validation.

Customer data remains your responsibility. You must not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen credentials, or third-party data without authority.

You must comply with UK market rules where applicable, including FCA financial-promotion restrictions, broker policies, sanctions controls, and AML obligations.

Support and incident response are best-effort unless separate enterprise support terms are agreed in writing.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, remaining sections continue in full effect.
